When Life is Hard

This is a study of the Bible’s teachings on life’s trials and sufferings. It is a six-week, DVD-driven study featuring the teaching of James MacDonald, who wrote this material after his personal experience with cancer. It addresses such issues as why God allows trials in our lives, and what He wants to teach us through them.

Sunday School Matters

Sunday School Matters consists of national Sunday School leaders such as Alan Taylor, David Francis, Thom Rainer, Bruce Raley, and more. Each of these leaders understand the culture we are facing today and are experts on Sunday School and how it still has a vital role in evangelizing and discipling our communities. We would like to invite all of our adult Sunday School teachers, as well as anyone who is interested in becoming a teacher, to join us in this study as we hear from these outstanding leaders on subjects like teaching, organizational structure, ministering to our class members, outreach, and more!

Act Like Men

While some might see men’s roles as insignificant, God tells a different story. God says that men matter, and He’s appointed them to lead. Men fulfilling this role is vital to the health of our homes, churches, and society. Unfortunately, too many men follow the way of the world, instead of embracing the call of God. Instead of stepping up to their responsibility, they are stepping back. In this six session study, Pastor James MacDonald will challenge you to take hold of your God-given role.

A Beautiful Design: God’s Unchanging Plan for Manhood and Womanhood

God created us to function according to His perfect design, and for all of human history, our world has been male and female. But our ever-changing culture faces challenges due to sin. More than ever the church needs to be a safe refuge for the gender-confused, the sexually broken, the single, the married, and the divorced.

In this study, Matt Chandler gives evidence that God’s plan for man and woman is the ultimate design. And life lived within this beautiful and unchanging design is part of His greater purpose for humanity and leads to our greatest joy.
