Awana is held on Wednesday nights during the school year from 6:00pm-7:30pm. Materials (books, supplies, uniforms, and awards) must be purchased annually by parents. Materials will cost $25 for the first child and $20 for subsequent children. Supplies will not be issued until the annual due is paid in full. Scholarship/financial assistance is available by contacting Jeff Rafferty. Jeff will send you instructions about paying online after you have registered all of your children.

AWANA reaches kids for Christ through fun, Scripture-rich experiences that lead them to know, love, and serve Him. AWANA is our Wednesday night children’s ministry program that meets from 6:00pm-7:30pm during the school year. There is an AWANA club for all ages: Puggles, Cubbies, Sparks, and Truth & Training (T&T). See the information below to learn more about AWANA!!

Puggles is for children up to 2 years of age. It recognizes their learning ability by introducing biblical precepts at church and equipping parents to teach them at home. In Puggles, children are welcomed each week with play time, songs and simple crafts and activities. Leaders present age-appropriate lessons using large, colorful teaching cards, finger puppet plays and more.

Cubbies celebrates the spiritual potential of preschoolers (3 to 4 year olds) by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word. At Story Time each week, preschoolers learn about God – the greatness of His love and His Word – and about His Son, Jesus Christ, the promised Savior. Non-competitive games build excitement and reinforce Story Time lesson themes.

Sparks ignites the curiosity of early elementary age kids (K5-second grade) to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ. To many children in kindergarten to second grade, Sparks is the highlight of the week! They love their red vests, the exciting games and spending time with leaders and friends.

Truth & Training (T&T) engages third through fifth graders by answering their questions about God and the Bible, guiding them through this pivotal life stage to grow in Christ’s grace. Kids in T&T learn that the Bible is true and they can firmly trust what it says. Before working in a handbook, kids new to T&T complete a short booklet that explains God’s plan of salvation.
